Finally, a REAL Natalie post.
Okay, today I wake up at 7.20 am. The alarm on my phone had been ringing for 20 minutes and I hadn't realised it. Sooooo I get up and guess what?

Start to design class T-shirt.

LOL. And guess what? No, I haven't made a bloody morbid mess of it (yet). I don't know whether they changed the motto after I left the class to do the debate in Mr John's class, so I'm using OPTIMISM NEVER ENDS.

Ironic, isn't it? Especially for an eternally pessimistic, extremely depressed Natalie.

So one side has a phoenix on it. A chibi phoenix and it is really cute, if I may say so myself. (Holy crap, what is wrong with me today??? NATALIE has just drawn CHIBI style!?!) Since a phoenix is immortal and everything why not? And the other side is this girl with long flowy hair yeah. Tiky, I'm waiting for that pen to ink the designs. And then I'll colour them.

Yeah, and then I used the computer to get some of my English Newspaper Project done. I swear, I'm DROWNING in projects this "holiday".

And I almost cancel plans with Bernie and Siaw Ee since I got another nasuea fit and my sis wants to take my place. I recover from my nasuea fast and leave the house at 11.30 even though I was supposed to meet them at Orchard MRT at noon SHARP.

... Did I mention I live in Hougang?

I still reach Orchard at 12.20. Guess what? They're not even there.

...

BERNIE was the one who arranged the timing. BERNIE. And she and Siaw Ee arrive late.
...

And I was sitting at the second level of the MRT waiting for them and get a call from Siaw Ee.

"NAT! Where are you?"

"Erm... The second level - "

"What we're on the first level!" She puts down the phone.

DUH, I go up. Wait, I can't find them. So I call LSE.

"Siaw Ee where are you?"

"Where are you? We're on the second level!"

....

I mean, it stands to reason that they should stay on the first floor, where we can exit the MRT. ...

Then there's a yell behind. "NAT!" Bernie screams.

Siaw Ee is looking... Un-Siaw Ee. I mean, it wasn't like the last time we went out where she wore this sparkly red vest over a grey T-shirt, black shorts, knee-high length black and blue striped stockings and converse sneakers. Yeah, she stood out.

And TODAY, she's boring. A kahki top and skirt, slippers and her white jacket.

... Seriously. Boring.

Bernie... Is wearing a pale turquoise blue T-shirt with a black and blue pin-stripped collared vest over and jeans. Kinda weird... But not up to LSE's standards.

So yeah. I try to figure out how to walk to Far East since there's this Goth Lolita shop Zhi Qing always buys her stuff from (www.bloodromance.com ) and I wanted to see the stuff!

And it was, closed. Argh. Trust Natalie's luck.

So we went to Borders, of all places. Brought them to this figurine shop in Wheelock place and they giggled over Naruto characters and teddy bears. SICK teddy bears.

I shall not say what horror it was...

Siaw Ee and Bernie were EMOING throughout. ARGH. And Natalie was the only one with any energy whatsoever. They blame it on Orchard, and I have to admit, the sight of the crowds are pretty draining.

And we go to Lavender MRT where Bernie meets her mom at this shopping centre, Golden Plaza I think. And since LSE and I have accepted Bernie's mom's invitation to go with them to Singapore Swimming Club, we wait around as Bernie and her mom go to a travel agent's to book their holiday next week. It's around this time LSE and Bernie perk up a little.

We go to Singapore Swimming Club then, and it's SWELTERINGLY hot. LSE gets quiet again. We all have cold drinks and Siaw Ee wants to go to the playground. There's only one swing there, and LSE immediately runs for it.

Did I mention she's wearing a short skirt?

So we leave Singapore Swimming Club and head for Bernie's house. I ask to see the inside of her new flat. We hang around her house for about an hour watching weird videos and playing with Bernie's webcam.

Well, I go to the bus stop across the road with LSE. Plenty of shady characters around.... BERNIE, WHY DO YOU HAVE TO LIVE IN GEYLANG??? And when bus 70 came it was so freaking crowded I couldn't get on. So I take 197 with LSE to Parkway, and take 43 from there.

END OF THE DAY.
