One thing I want to clarify with you people.

Why the hell do people always call me emo?

I dunno. For lack of a better vocabulary?

Hmm... I think that's it y'know. I mean, just what does emo mean?

Emotional?

Okay, emotional. So emo = emotional.

And emo = goth right?

That's what most people say.

Okay. So exactly how does emo = emotional = goth?

I mean, "emo" is also a genre of music. I guess 30 Seconds To Mars can be counted under emo.

Emo is also short for emotional. People who react more strongly to situations and conversations can be called emo.

But goth is definitely not emo. Please. For the various definitions of goth, please search http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Goth


But gothic people? Normally it's used to describe people who normally wear black, have pale skin (either natural, or make-up) . Normally, they are emotionless, go around with bored or zombie-like expressions on their faces.

Now how does goth = zombie = bored = emotional ?

Doesn't make sense, does it? And it isn't your equation.

Of course it doesn't make sense! But why do people with tiny brains go around calling people goth, emo???
